The products offered by OrthoHealth are sold for the price that appears on the website at the time of registration of the order by the user. Prices are expressed in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT). OrthoHealth reserves the right at all times and unilaterally to modify the price of the products and services offered through www.othohealth.me. To guarantee the customer the certainty and security of the price of their products, this will be the one in force in the advertising coinciding with the moment of formalizing the payment of the order.
Prices do not include installation of products if required.
All our quotes are valid for 15 days.
The client will be absolutely responsible for the use he makes of the contracted good or service, exonerating www.othohealth.me from liability arising from any damage that may occur for such reasons.
www.orthohealth.me's main objective is to provide its clients and patients with the possibility of using telematic means (internet, telephone, or email) to access the portfolio of services and products offered by this health establishment, as well as to disseminate our catalog and rates.
All products that OrthoHealth promotes at a special price will be displayed with the following information: offer price, previous price, savings. These offers will be available until the indicated date, unless stocks last, in which case the product will automatically disappear from the website.
OrthoHealth carefully informs about the products through the photographs and technical descriptions provided by the suppliers. The photographs reproduced that illustrate the products presented are not contractual, since they could undergo slight modifications to the final product, depending on the material provided by the manufacturer.
If any product is discontinued by the supplier, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
2. Payment Methods
At Orthohealth we offer you different options so that you can pay for your purchase as you prefer:

- Bank Transfer: Make the payment by bank deposit into the account that we will provide you during the payment process. We will process your order as soon as we receive the amount in the account, it may take a few days longer.

3. Transport: shipping and deadlines

We deliver throughout the European countries.

The delivery time depending on the item and location may be variable (said approximate time will appear in the shopping cart when identifying the location, always before making payment).The stock of certain products will be subject to availability of the supplier/manufacturer. The products are sent to the shipping address that you have indicated in the order. In the case of placing an order for several items from different manufacturers, Orthohealth will reserve the right to break down the order, sending the items in different shipments.
Delivery by transport agency is made at the destination number
(at street level) , the carrier has no obligation to take the merchandise to a floor higher or lower than that number. To hire a plant upload and/or assembly, contact us.
IMPORTANT: once you receive your order, you have 24 hours to review its contents and verify that the merchandise is correct and does not have any damage or flaws caused during transportation. If this is the case, please contact us so that we can solve it as quickly as possible at no cost to you. Once this period has passed, OrthoHealth will not be responsible for possible claims for these reasons.

4. Returns
Returns
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 15 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 15 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of those goods. It is sufficient for the communication regarding your exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

Consequences of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will return all payments received from you. We will proceed to make said refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, it will not be incurred in any case as a consequence of the refund, and it will occur no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive back the product or products to be returned.
OrthoHealth will collect the items to be returned due to withdrawal from the contract, so the client will assume the direct cost of returning them.
In case of a partial refund of the amount due to lack of stock or cancellation of any of the order references: if the final shipment is below the amount of €50, the €4.90 shipping fee would be charged, this is due to finally be an order of less than a total of €50.
If the cancellation of the order is notified after it has been PREPARED AND/OR SHIPPED, the costs incurred by transportation will be borne by the customer.
The client will be responsible for the decrease in value of the items resulting from manipulation of the item and/or packaging.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal will not apply to items that are sealed or that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
For sanitary items, for hygiene reasons and to guarantee the quality of the product, returns are not allowed.
Items with batteries that have been tested or charged (Because the useful life of the battery begins with the first charge).
Tested, used or damaged items.
Lack or deterioration of original packaging and/or lack or deterioration of the interior material of the package for packaging.
Globus brand products are non-refundable once the product is delivered.

You will always be asked for photographs of the item in its original box to document the return file.

5. Guarantee
Orthohealth customers benefit from the guarantee given by the different manufacturers of each of the items.
In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, the option will be to repair, replace the item, discount or return, under the legally established terms.
Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use of the material are not included in this warranty.
Decreases in the functionality of the articles, due to limitations in their design, are also excluded from the coverage of this guarantee.
In any case, the guarantee will lose its value:
o If any of the data on it or on the purchase receipt is modified, altered or replaced.
o If the guaranteed device itself is manipulated or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service.
o If there is no invoice.
To make use of the guarantee, you must notify our after-sales service department in advance by email at www.othohealth.me, and any merchandise that has not been previously authorized for exchange, return or repair will not be accepted in our warehouses.
6. After-sales service
We have a technical department that will be happy to answer all your doubts or queries.
HOW TO PROCEED IN THE EVENT OF FAULTS
When an item you have purchased has a fault, send an email to info@orthohealth.me providing:- Name of the buyer,
- Invoice/order number,
- Photos and/or videos where the problem presented by the article can be clearly seen, so that with this information we can make a prior diagnosis.
- If the Technical Service diagnoses that the item has a manufacturing defect, the repair would be covered by the WARRANTY as long as it was on time. In this case, the buyer would not assume costs for parts/components or transportation. If the fault can be resolved with the shipment of a part/component, the shipment will be made subject to availability of stock of said part/component.

The repair would NOT be covered by the WARRANTY if the failure of the item was out of time or was caused by deterioration resulting from use. In this case you can request a repair estimate. If the item had been sent to our facilities or collected by our agency to carry out the diagnosis and the repair was not approved, you must previously pay the amount of transportation and diagnostic labor to be able to send the item back. It will be necessary to provide adequate packaging and protect the item well so that it arrives without damage. Otherwise the shipment will be rejected.
7. Professional Area
This area is intended for companies in the sector. To register, it will be necessary to indicate complete tax information. The benefits, discounts and offers of these accounts will be personalized.
Excluded from this area of professionals are those people who, even though they are professional healthcare personnel, belong to a company, in which case said account must always be opened in the name of said company.
OrthoHealth will study each request received to open an account in the professional area and will notify you of the activation by email.
OrthoHealth reserves the right to cancel any account in the professional area if it is detected that there is fraud or irregularities in the data provided by the client.
